Mr. Chen is Director, President and Chief Executive Officer. He has over 27 years of experience in both lending and credit areas. Prior to Pacific Alliance Bank, he served as a Chief Credit Officer for a national bank. He received his B.S. degree in Finance, Real Estate and Law from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Mr. Chan joined the Bank in September 2016 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 35 years of experience with community banks in Southern California. He is responsible for establishing and implementing corporate goals and objectives, achieving financial operating results, and preparing financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Mr. Chan oversees Accounting and Finance, Operations Administration, Information Technology and Human Resources.  He received his BS in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Southern California, and his MBA from Pepperdine University.

Operations Administrator and Compliance Officer
Mr. Lee bringing over 30 years of banking operations experience focusing on building efficiency and risk control in the branch and back-office operations. He oversees Operations Administration, Compliance, Risk Management, BSA/AML, Information Technology and Physical Security. Prior to joining Pacific Alliance Bank, Mr. Lee held various positions with multi-billion dollar national banks as well as Asian American community banks. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting with a minor in Economics from California State University of Los Angeles.

Chief Credit Officer
Mr. Green joined the Bank in September 2025 as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. He brings over 40 years of experience with both major banks and community banks in Southern and Northern California. He is responsible for the quality of the Bank's loan portfolio, maintaining and updating Loan Policy, Loan Loss Reserves (ACL/ CECL), supporting business development in achieving production goals, while complying with bank policies and procedures. Mr. Green oversees the Credit Department, underwriting and the Note Department. He received credit training at a major California-based bank. Mr. Green received a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Master of Finance from American Graduate School of Internation Business (AGSIM).Â
