Bank pays annual salary based on proven experience, plus traditional annual bonus (IC Program optional). Must be able to produce a loan volume of approximately $15 to $25 million, plus some core deposit balances. Loans could include real estate loans, construction loans, or commercial working capital or non- SBA business acquisition loans. Seeking someone with self-confidence and has a good network, an ability to close effectively, and a willingness to seek the opportunity existent with joining a de novo bank. Available Positions: Customer Service Representative Requirements: Open new accounts while ensuring proper documentation and identification Offering bank products and services (i.e. Checking, Saving, Credit Cards, CD's IRA's,) to both consumer and small business customers. Establish, develop, retain, and deepen long-term relationships with current and potential customers in the community. Meet customer delight by proactively meeting and greeting customers quickly identifying needs as they enter the bank. Perform tasks such as opening deposit accounts, handling customer service requests, etc. Support other associates as needed. Perform teller functions when assigned. Demonstrate Bank values in all actions. May be required to work weekends and/or extended hours and regular, reliable attendance is critical. Meet and exceed customer service - Build and sustain relationships with consumer and small business customers Demonstrates Bank values in all actions- Know the business- including policies, procedures, and compliance Teller’s primary responsibility is to process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. Identify customer needs and refer bank products and services to consumer and small business customers. Ensure regulatory requirements, such as Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act are adhered to. Process transactions accurately and efficiently to build customer confidence and trust, based on established policies and procedures. Act as an ambassador of the bank - smile and greet customers using spirit. Contribute to a positive team environment in the bank. Provide basic teller services- Build customer loyalty through courtesy and friendliness, including addressing each customer by name- Identify customer needs and refer the appropriate products and services.
